CROCK POT RECIPE INGREDIENTS
  • 6 chicken breasts (boneless & skinless)
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • garlic powder, to taste
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
CROCK POT RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Rinse chicken and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix undiluted soup and pour over chicken in the crock pot. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles..hmm..nice and delicious taste...enjoy !

CROCK POT RECIPES INGREDIENTS
  • 1 large onion, sliced thinly
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breast
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 (6oz) cans tomato past
  • 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
  • 1/4 c. water
CROCK POT RECIPES INSTRUCTIONS
Place the onion in the bottom of the crock pot. Place chicken on the onion. Mix together tomato paste, mushrooms, salt/pepper, garlic, Italian seasoning, wine and water in a bowl. Pour mixture
over chicken and cook on low for 6-8 hours. The crock pot recipe of chicken is ready to serves 4 persons....a nice one ! Enjoy the meal !

Crock Pot Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 pounds round steak (cubed)
  • 8 new potatoes (cut into fourths)
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • Chopped fresh parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Crock Pot Recipe Instructions :

Lightly oil a skillet. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper and brown over high heat on both sides. Layer potatoes, carrots, beef and onion in crock pot. Mix beef broth and tomatoes. Gently pour
mixture over other ingredients into crock pot. Cover and cook on low for approximately 8 hours or until tender. Sprinkle with parsley and the crock pot beef is ready to serve...enjoy the feasts !

Crock Pot Recipe INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 lbs beef chuck, cut in 2' cubes
  • 2 tbs flour
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 can (16 oz) diced tomatoes, with juice
  • 2 cups thinly sliced carrots
  • 1 large potato, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 1/4 cup dark molasses
  • 1 cup water
Crock Pot Recipe INSTRUCTIONS
Place beef in crockpot. Sprinkle salt, garlic powder, ginger, pepper over top of beef. Put remaining ingredients over top of beef. Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.The crock pot recipes is ready to serve...nice ! Enjoy it !

BEEFY CROCKPOT CHILI

BEEFY CROCKPOT CHILI ...a nice crock pot recipe to try !

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground round
  • 1 1/2 lbs. stew meat, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1 heaping teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 heaping teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 12 ounces beer
  • 5 cups water

INSTRUCTIONS
Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium heat. Meanwhile, dredge bite size pieces of stew meat in 1/4 cup flour. With slotted spoon, transfer browned ground beef to 4 quart crockpot.
Over medium heat, sprinkle 1/4 cup flour into drippings, stirring well to prevent lumps. Cook for about 1 minute, then add 1 cup water and worcesterhire sauce. Stir constantly until thick.

Pour over beef in crockpot. Wipe skillet clean, heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Brown stew meat, transfer to crockpot.Add all seasonings, mix well, pour beer and remaining 5 cups water into crockpot.
Mix, cover and cook on low for 8 - 10 hours, stirring occassionally.

  • 1 lb. pecan halves
  • 4 tbs butter, melted
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all in a crockpot. Cover and cook on high for 15 minutes.Take cover off and turn on low, for two hours. Transfer to a baking sheet and let cool.Pack in gift jars for holiday giving. The crock pot recipe is ready to serve...enjoy it !

A nice crockpot recipe....try this one !
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 lb. boneless chuck steak, 1 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1/4 cup wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry or prepared mustard
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the beef on a diagonal, across the grain into slices 1 inch wide.
Place these in the crockpot. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over the meat, and mix. Cover and cook on Low for 3 to 5 hours. The crockpot recipe of barbecue is ready...enjoy !

CROCKPOT CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Bell's Poultry seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Minute Rice

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the cans of soup with the rice at the bottom of the Crockpot. You may substitute the type of soup you use in any combination (for example: 2 cans cream of chicken soup and one can celery soup).
Add the diced celery, onion, and garlic and stir. Submerge the chicken in the soup.
Turn heat to high for 10 minutes, then reduce to medium and cook for 4-5 hours. Or cook on high for 3-4 hours.

Variation: leave out the rice and serve over cooked Pennsylvania style wide noodles.

Note: Use temperature setting recommended by your owner's manual for cooking. Some crockery cookers have 3 settings - high, medium, and keep warm.
Don't use the "keep warm" setting instead of the "cooking" settings for extended periods. Sometimes the high setting will cause overcooking and you will lose the benefits of using a slow cooker.

The high setting is best used to bring food up to a safe temperature quickly before beginning slow cooking at the "medium" or "normal" setting.The crock pot recipe is ready !

CROCKPOT PUDDING ...a great crock pot recipe to try !

INGREDIENTS
Pudding:
  • 1 cup unsulfured molasses
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
Place 6 cups water into Crockpot and turn on medium heat (this is "low" on some models - you don't want to use the keep-warm setting).Cream together butter and sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer. Using a whisk off fork, beat eggs well and add slowly to mixture.
Stir in molasses, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, flour and buttermilk.
Dissolve baking soda and 1 teaspoon hot water. Combine well with other ingredients.
Grease and flour well a pudding mold with a tight fitting cover or Crockpot cake pan. If you don't have one of these, you can use a metal coffee can covered with silver foil.
Place in Crockpot and steam four to five hours or until a knife inserted in center comes out nearly clean.

INGREDIENTS
Sauce:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla, orange, or lemon extract

INSTRUCTIONS
Cream together the butter and sugar.
In a small saucepan, bring to a boil 1 1/2 c. of water thickened with flour to the consistency of cream (about 3 to 4 tablespoons of flour).
Stir constantly using a whisk while adding flour gradually to boiling water to prevent lumps.
Remove from heat and stir quickly into the sugar and butter mixture.
Flavor with 1 teaspoon vanilla, orange, or lemon extract.
Serve warm or cool, topped with sauce and a dollop of whipped cream garnished with a sprinkling of brown sugar mixed with freshly grated ginger.
This steamed pudding will have a consistency somewhere between a moist cake and a pudding, or a pudding cake! The molasses is a good source of iron and calcium, and the eggs are high in protein.
